Integrated Panel Pricing
The cost of accessing respondents via Glow’s integrated panels just got cheaper. Especially for short surveys.
We’re excited to announce a reduction in the cost of sourcing respondents via Glow’s integrated panel with savings of up to 25% for surveys less than 10 mins in length.
Whether you’re pressure-testing creative, profiling a new segment or quickly gauging sentiment, short surveys just became more cost-effective on Glow.
This applies to the integrated panel across any and all markets.
We’re making a bet that by continuing to remove the barriers to insights, we can play a large part in changing the way this used to be done, to how it is done moving forward.

Terms of Use
We’ve updated and simplified our platform Terms of Use to better reflect how Glow is evolving.
These changes support our new pricing structure and recent platform enhancements, ensuring our terms stay aligned with how you actually use Glow—fast, flexible and fit-for-purpose.
Add commentary to charts
Want to guide your stakeholders through the “so what?” behind your Glow analysis? Now you can.
Our new chart commentary feature lets you annotate any chart directly within the dashboard.
Highlight key takeaways, explain trends, or simply add context to help your team or clients interpret the data before them correctly.
How it works
Look for the speech bubble icon at the top right of your chart. Click to add, edit or remove your commentary – right where your insights live.
Commentary will also appear in your shared dashboards.
Customise Choice Columns
You now have the option to determine the number of columns’ response options displayed for choice questions. This appears in the ‘max columns’ drop down in the same menu as randomize options, image selection etc (see screenshot below).
The options available are auto (which optimises columns to minimise scrolling), 1, 2 or 3.
If 2 or 3 columns are selected but the number of choice options is not divisible by the number of columns, the remaining options will be centre aligned on the bottom row.
Navigate with deep links
These little upgrades are all about working faster and collaborating more smoothly for faster sign-off or input:
1. Link to Survey Questions in the editor
Now you can copy direct links to any question in the editor. No more “it’s the second question in the build tab…” Just paste the link and your colleague lands exactly where you want them.
2. Jump from Question Preview to Editor
Spot something in Preview that needs a tweak?
Now you can Jump directly into that question in the editor with a single click.
Less tab-switching, more doing.
Add a project image
Give your project folder some visual flair (and make it easier to spot).
Just head to Project Settings and upload an image to increase the ability for it to stand out.
