Glow Launches Global Growth Program, Committing 100 Million Credits to Drive Insights Capability Development.

Media Release

Melbourne, June 17, 2025  – Glow, the AU & UK-based research technology scaleup, has announced an EOI for their flagship Glow Growth Program, a global initiative designed to remove barriers to high-speed data, information and research production, by providing $100million worth of survey hosting credits free of charge.

The Glow Growth Program opens the first of its three targeted grant areas, the Research Accelerator Grant, from July 2025. In the initial phase of applications, up to 100 grants will be allocated (valued at up to $20,000 each) to Market Research Agencies, Research & Analytics Teams, and Insights Professionals in Consulting, Advertising and Media. Pre-registration for eligible businesses is now open, with grants deployed on a first-come-first-served basis.

The Glow Growth Program will release 100 million survey hosting credits, starting with Research Accelerator Grants followed by two further grants to launch in 2026: an Academic Access Grant (for institutions, educators and students) and a Sustainability Discovery Grant (for corporate sustainability and ESG teams, Not-for-Profits and purpose-led businesses).

In operation since 2015, Glow offers an integrated research workflow, as an alternative to the traditional process, to meet the growing data efficiency needs of innovative companies. The platform makes quantitative market research faster, more transparent and more accessible at every stage of what’s traditionally been a fragmented, specialised set of manual processes.

Their advanced survey platform enables organisations to capture, analyse, and share human research-based information instantly – helping teams make data-driven decisions, faster. Glow powers quick-turn custom research for leading agencies, consultancies, governments, charities and brands all around the world; their partner and customer roster includes Bain, PwC, Mondelez, Pepsico, NielsenIQ, Kantar and David Jones.

Tim Clover, Glow’s Founder and CEO commented on the launch of the Glow Growth Program

“Our mission is to democratise access to insights for organisations of all sizes. This global program helps us achieve that goal while providing a win-win: organisations get free access to the tools they need to unlock growth and enhance consumer, customer or employee experiences. Glow gets the opportunity to scale its value in line with our mission.”

Successful applicants receive free access to Glow’s survey software and a grant of credits (1 credit = 1 completed survey response) for up to six months for unlimited users, with no subscription or software fees.

Glow is accelerating the deployment of the Glow Growth Program by launching and announcing a series of strategic partnerships throughout 2025 and 2026 across all three grant areas.
