🏆 The best of 2025

Hi, I’m Tim, Founder & CEO here at Glow.

Thanks for following our story this year, we’ve marked some more pretty significant milestones on the journey through 2025.

The single biggest observation for the year would be that…

research teams were asked to do more, with less – while being held to a higher standard.

Faster turnaround, clearer recommendations, tighter budgets. And still no room for shaky data.

This year, Glow users posed millions of questions to respondents in 67 countries (in over 30 languages), with over 1,000 studies completed across hundreds of customers on both a self-service and supported basis.

We’re proud of this because every one of those responses helped someone move from “we think” to “we know”.

Launching the Glow Growth Program.

One of the proudest milestones in 2025 was the launch of the Glow Growth Program – our commitment to releasing over 100m in hosting credits to support growth and capability for users across a range of industries.

The first tranche in that program launched in June with our Research Accelerator Grants.

Thanks to the launch of this grant, we have already deployed over half a million dollars of hosting credits to program participants. It’s been absolutely amazing watching capabilities grow, teams collaborate and our users build confidence in their research abilities.

Starting in 2026 we will release another two Growth Program Tranches: our Academic Access Grants and our Sustainability Discovery Grants, while doubling down on partnership-led grant pools.

What we shipped.

On the product side, 2025 was about making Glow faster, more automated and intuitive as a fully integrated workflow for producing quality, survey-based research.

  • We introduced Significance Testing so you can quickly sanity-check whether differences in results are meaningful, without exporting data or switching tools.
  • We rolled out Weighting so you can rebalance results when representativeness matters, and do it inside Glow rather than in a separate workflow.
  • We added new chart types and the ability to add commentary so the story in your data is easier to communicate, especially when you’re presenting to people who weren’t part of the research process.
  • We gave users the ability to easily produce and share branded analysis dashboards – both internally and with clients – to reduce the burden of multiple analysis tools.
  • To top it off, we sharpened integrated panel pricing so that fast-turn projects became easier to justify and easier to run across a range of trusted panel partners – with quality checks built in to bring peace of mind.

Put simply; fewer workarounds, fewer tabs open, less time wrestling spreadsheets and more time applying the new knowledge developed in your studies.

What we learned.

2025 reinforced for us:

  • AI is no longer a nice to have. It needs guard rails but it’s eating traditional research – this will continue.
  • Teams are being asked to justify the ROI of their investments across more business functions – it’s no longer just about marketing or innovation. It’s stretching to corporate communications and multi-stakeholder benchmarking.
  • Insights teams are being asked to do more with less. Technology needs to do more, cost less and reduce workloads.

We’re building Glow to meet the challenges of the future with the same care and curiosity that we always have done.

Looking ahead.

In 2026, we’ll keep pushing on the same mission: make it easier for anyone to run research that’s easy, robust, and cost-effective.

We’ll be helping expand the reach of research with new AI tools that improve quality while saving users time building surveys and developing insights.

The Growth Program will continue to expand as new partners line up to take Glow to their networks to unlock new value across a range of new grant pools.

On behalf of the Glow team, thank you again for your support, feedback and advocacy this year. We hope you get a proper break over the holidays and time with the people you care about.

See you in 2026!
