Glow Growth Program – Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2025

1. Scope of These Terms

The Glow Growth Program (“Program”) is a long-term industry support initiative that provides access to Glow’s research technology platform, associated services, related technologies, intellectual property, and data. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Program.

2. Program Grants – Applications, Approvals and Acceptance

Access to the Program is provided through the allocation of grants, which can be redeemed for services on the Glow platform.

To apply for a grant, you must provide information that enables us to process your application. All information will be handled in accordance with Glow’s Privacy Policy published at the time of your application.

By applying for a grant, you confirm that:

  • You have the authority to act on behalf of the organisation listed in the application.

  • Your grant may only be accessed via the Glow platform at portal.glowfeed.com.

  • You agree to comply with Glow’s Terms of Use while accessing the platform.

  • Your grant is non-transferable and limited to the services specified at the time of issue. By default, this includes platform hosting credits only.

  • We may contact you for additional information to support your application.

3. Application Processing

We aim to review all applications within five (5) business days. This timeframe may vary during holiday periods or periods of high demand. In some cases, we may require additional information to complete the review.

You will be notified of the outcome by email. If approved, you will receive a link to activate your grant. Grants not activated within 30 days may be voided and reallocated.

Grants are generally awarded in full, but we may approve a reduced amount or decline the application depending on:

  • The completeness and relevance of the information provided,

  • Current grant availability within your region or sector,

  • Our capacity to process applications.

In some cases, approved grants may be scheduled for future access. Most will be available immediately upon approval.

4. Reasons for Declining an Application

We may decline part or all of your application for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • A duplicate application by you or your organisation.

  • Your application does not meet the Program’s priority criteria (e.g. geography, sector, or use case).

  • You are already operating under a customised services agreement.

  • Information provided is incomplete, unclear, or misleading.

  • The Program is not currently accepting applications in your location, sector, or for the proposed purpose.

  • We are unable to reach you using the contact details provided.

  • We determine your participation may pose a risk to Glow, its customers, suppliers, or partners.

  • Any other reason we consider reasonable, at our discretion.

5. Platform Hosting Credits

Unless otherwise stated, all grants consist of an allocation of platform hosting credits (“Hosting Credits” or “Credits”), as outlined in Glow’s Terms of Use.

One (1) hosting credit is required to capture a response to a survey on the platform. Credits will be applied to your Glow account upon grant activation.

Any existing credits in your account prior to grant activation will remain available, and you may continue to purchase additional credits. While your grant is active, any available credits from the grant will be used first, before other credits are consumed.

When the grant expires or is terminated, any unused credits from the grant will no longer be available.

6. Premium and Paid Services

Program grants are generally limited to Hosting Credits and do not include premium services. These may include:

  • Integrated consumer panels,

  • Panel sourcing services,

  • Project or survey management,

  • Data analysis and processing.

Paid services are displayed in the platform interface, including relevant pricing and contact details if you wish to access them independently.

7. Platform Feature Access

Approved grants provide access to all platform features, subject to fair use and operational limitations.

From time to time, we may restrict access to certain features for Program participants due to operational, geographical, or other considerations at our discretion.

8. Program Member Engagement

While your grant is active (i.e. prior to expiration or depletion of credits), we may contact you for feedback about your experience. By participating in the Program, you agree to provide timely and constructive feedback when requested.

If we are repeatedly unable to obtain feedback via the contact details you provide we reserve the right to cancel any remaining period of the grant.

9. Program Midpoint Credit Reporting

You will be asked to select a grant level based on the amount you expect to use within a six-month period. If we believe your grant will not be fully utilised, we may contact you to discuss your allocation. In some cases, we may reduce or cancel the grant, and we will make reasonable efforts to inform you if this occurs.

10. Onboarding, Training and Support

Glow provides access to online resources to help you use the platform effectively. Chat support is available to Owner-level users on all accounts.

Additional training and managed support services can be arranged for a fee. Contact us to discuss a quote for tailored support for your team.

11. Program Term and Termination

Grants are typically valid for six (6) months, unless otherwise specified. You will be notified of the specific term via email and within the Glow platform at the time of grant approval.

You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us at hello@glowfeed.com. Termination requests must be submitted by the Owner of your Glow account.

12. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Glow reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be published on the Program website.

If material changes occur while your grant is active, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. We also reserve the right to:

  • Close the Program to new applications at our discretion, and

  • Terminate active grants in limited circumstances, with or without prior notice, where necessary.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
